Yesterday I encountered the same issue many of you are having with putmega so was able to diagnose first hand a little
EDIT: option 3 seems to be the solution that works for most
1 - If you use a VPN, try another VPN server (this worked for me straight away)
2 - Configure your browser to use DNS over HTTPS (if its already on try turning it off and then back on again) https://developers.cloudflare.com/1.1.1.1/dns-over-https/web-browser
3 - Change DNS to Cloudflare or google
4 - Clear cache for the last few days
5 - Try these steps - How to fix “Error code: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN” Problem?
Apologies for what appears to be a random collection of different things, we're finding not all solutions work for everyone.
Putme.ga occasionally blocks certain VPN locations.
Best thing to do is to try different locations and see if that solves your problem.
Solution:
Change DNS to cloudflare 1.1.1.1 / 1.0.0.1 DNS servers.
